Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

  1. All submissions must be sent according to the journal’s template that is on the journal’s website or can contact the numbers on WhatsApp (Iraq 009647810173931 – Lebanon 009613126552).
  2. All submissions must be sent in .doc or .docx format, written in (Simplified Arabic) font and size (14) with (1 cm) spacing, page numbers should not pass 20 pages as maximum, all pages, tables, figures, and appendixes should be numbered consecutively.
  3. The author is required to mention their full name, affiliation, email address indicating their degree and academic status, as well as attaching a photo, and a curriculum vitae (CV) of themselves, and in case of the manuscript being a joint research all co-authors are mentioned accordingly as before.
  4. Abstracts are written in Arabic and English (if the article is in Arabic), in English and Arabic (if the article is in English), and in French and English (if the article is in French).
  5. Tables, figures, and appendixes are attached separately, with a caption under them that announces their titles and places.
  6. All cited work is mentioned in the references at the end of the manuscript according to:
    Author's name: title of the book or article, edition or part number, place of publication: name of the publisher, magazine or publishing body, publication date, page number.
  7. All citations within text must follow:
    (Author's name: Publication year, page number).

Privacy Statement

  1. The author will be contacted and informed with the status of the submitted manuscript within one month from submission date, in which the article is put through a rigorous review process, which is a triple blind peer review the reviewers that are chosen accordingly by the editorial board, if any amendments and revision required, the author is informed to resolve them.
  2. If there are any linguistic and grammatical errors, the manuscript is returned to the author to make the necessary changes.
  3. Everything contained in the research represents the scientific and personal opinions of the researcher and does not express the trends and opinions of the journal.
  4. The author signs a written agreement of the following
  • The authenticity and originality of the manuscript.
  • Not quoting the research from other university research, theses and thesis.
  • Respecting the intellectual and research rights of the authors involved in the research.
  • Not to infringe on the rights of groups, sects, faiths, societal minorities and religions.
  • The percentage of research plagiarism does not exceed 20%, with a copy of the plagiarism report attached.
  • The assurance of not submitting the research if it has been published, accepted or under consideration for publication in another local or international journal (in any language) or published within the proceedings of a conference.
  • Authors are accountable for their work.
  • Not submitting a research that does not belong to the researcher personally and will be held accountable in the event of scientific theft.
