This study explores economic justice as reflected in the inheritance rulings outlined in Surah An-Nisa, providing an applied analysis that highlights the divine dimensions of wealth distribution. It examines the fundamental principles of inheritance as stipulated in Islamic law, focusing on the achievement of social and economic balance. The study also compares Quranic rulings with contemporary legal systems in wealth distribution, aiming to showcase the impact of these rulings on building a balanced society.
