Abstract

Given the importance of both interactive leadership and effective communication, studying the relationship between them among physical education teachers, from the perspective of a critical friend, is of great scientific and educational importance, as it highlights the teacher's leadership and communicative role in improving the quality of motor education. From this perspective, this study aims to clarify the nature of this relationship and provide a clear understanding of the impact of interactive leadership style on developing teachers' communication skills, and the resulting impact on student performance. The study's problem is: Is there a statistically significant relationship between interactive leadership and effective communication skills among physical education teachers? The main objectives are to identify the relationship between interactive leadership and effective communication skills among physical education teachers from the perspective of a critical observer. Given the nature of the issue and the goals of the study, the researcher employed a descriptive approach with a survey method and correlational analysis. The study population was defined as physical education teachers in the Kufa district during the academic year (2024-2025), totaling (64) teachers. The sample was selected using a census method, representing (100%) of the population. The study's main conclusion indicates that a statistically significant relationship exists between interactive leadership and effective communication skills among physical education teachers. The main recommendation is to include training and development programs for physical education teachers that encompass the development of interactive leadership and effective communication skills, in a way that is suitable for the type of work, which calls for hands-on engagement Live.
