Abstract

The USA is one of the most influential countries in the international system، due to its power and influence within the means of implementing foreign policy، whereas its economic، military، technological، intelligence and scientific power، which occupies the highest ranks compared to other countries and according to its exceptional components، has become the only superpower that controls the New World Order since the collapse of the Soviet Union in 1991 and the change of the bipolar international system to unipolar، as that period was characterized by American hegemony over the international system، and then the emergence of a multipolar system since 2014. This position has helped the USA to achieve its interests and goals at the expense of other countries and the National Security Strategy is one of the comprehensive strategies in the light of which strategies and objectives are formulated to shape the supreme domestic and foreign policy of the USA.
